Nigeria Property Catalogue is a direct-mandate property platform. Every property listed here is held on a mandate we hold directly with the owner — we are not a marketplace aggregating listings from other agents.
No payments through this site
This platform does not process payments of any kind — no card details, no checkout, no inspection fees collected online. Any money involved in a transaction is handled directly between the relevant parties.
Listing accuracy
We visit and photograph every property ourselves and re-confirm listings regularly. Even so, prices, availability, and title details can change — always confirm current details with us before making a decision based on this site.
Fees
Our fee structure is stated plainly on How we operate and Our services. We do not charge an agreement fee, legal fee, or caution fee.
