Tony Obiadi
Twelve years in Nigerian property — sales, lettings, land and short stays — across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and the South East.
I started this business because I was tired of watching people lose money to a market built on distance — between the owner and the buyer, between the price promised and the price paid, between the title claimed and the title that actually exists. Every rule this platform follows exists to close one of those gaps.
Tony Obiadi
Founder, Nigeria Property Catalogue
Twelve years of the same lesson, learned a hundred different ways.
Nigeria Property Catalogue is the platform of a property consultancy that has worked in the Nigerian market since 2014. In that time, almost every problem a buyer or tenant ran into traced back to the same root cause — so the platform is built around removing it.
Distance is where trust breaks down
The further apart the person advertising a property and the person who controls it, the more the price inflates and the details drift. Every mandate here closes that distance.
Title first, always
Land disputes in Nigeria almost always trace back to a title question nobody asked early enough. It gets asked here before a single photo goes up.
Twelve years, five cities
Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and the South East — enough ground covered to know that the failures repeat everywhere the same way, and so do the fixes.
How he works today
Every mandate on this catalogue is taken directly from the owner. Every property is visited and photographed first-hand. Every enquiry reaches the person who can actually act on it — which, for now, is still Tony himself for every mandate this agency holds.
