Do I need to create an account to browse or contact you?
No. There is no sign-up or login for visitors — browse, save, and share listings, and send an enquiry, without an account.
How much do you charge?
10% of the sale price on a sale, or 10% of the annual rent on a letting — paid once, on completion, by the buyer or tenant. No agreement fee, legal fee, or caution fee from us.
Can I pay or book an inspection through the website?
No payments are processed through this site at all. Inspections are arranged by phone or WhatsApp, and any money involved in a transaction is handled directly between the relevant parties.
How do I know a listing is still available?
Every property shows when it was last re-confirmed. Sold and let properties are marked as such rather than left up to attract calls — if you are ever unsure, ask us directly.
What does the title status on a land listing mean?
We state the title position openly on every land listing — C of O, Governor's Consent, Excision or Gazette — before you inspect. See our blog for a plain-terms explainer.
