Who we are
Twelve years, one way of working.
Nigeria Property Catalogue is the platform of a property consultancy that has worked in the Nigerian market since 2014.
In that time we have learned that almost every problem a buyer or tenant runs into comes from the same place: distance between the person advertising a property and the person who controls it. The further apart those two are, the more the price inflates, the details drift, and accountability disappears.
So we work the other way. We take mandates directly from owners. We visit every property. We record what is actually there. And the number on the listing is the number you call.
We are led by Tony Chukwuemeka, who has spent twelve years in Nigerian property — sales, lettings, land and short stays — across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and the South East.
